Derrick leads Bahl & Gaynor’s advisory and investment management services for non-profit organizations, foundations, and endowments. He works closely with institutional clients to align investment strategy with mission-driven goals, focusing on long-term income growth, capital preservation, and risk management.
Before transitioning to portfolio management, Derrick served as Bahl & Gaynor’s Senior Trader, where he directed firm-wide trade execution and liquidity oversight. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he was an Equity Sales Trader at Jefferies LLC in New York City and Chicago.
